We Tell Vision​​
A guiding vision has shaped my career:
Transforming audiences into vibrant communities.
While audiences might be perceived as a group of people "on the other side", communities should be given the chance to influence our key messages, tone, and style as brands.

At a basic level, this requires us to listen to interviewees longer than expected, allowing them to express themselves fully before steering the conversation to our advantage.
​
At its most expansive, we can shift from solely owning our organization’s narrative to sharing it with our communities. Let's provide them access to our cameras, channels, knowledge, and influence. They deserve to be part of the conversation too!

Are we giving away control? Yes, but in doing so, chances are we'll come across as more authentic! Plus, we strengthen our connections with our target audience.
